Sorry for not posting for a while. I've been so busy! Like yesterday, I went with my mom and some friends to a women's conference at my church. It was called Loving God with All Your Mind by Elizabeth George. The conference was split into three segments, with each segment on a different subject. Each segment started with worship.
And then Elizabeth George would come out and speak. She's in the green jacket in this picture.
One of the ladies from my church did this funny "sketch" on the uses of her floppy hat. One of the uses was as a parachute if you needed to make a crash landing from an airplane.:)
Lunch was catered by Panera. Yummy smoked turkey sandwiches, kettle chips, and a large chocolate chip cookie were in each of these boxes.
Women were swarming to the book tables during the breaks.

And that was how I spent my Saturday morning through the afternoon. After the conference, my friend McKenna and I went back to my house with our moms. McKenna and I spent the rest of the day hanging out, playing on the computer, and just talking! It's so wonderful to have a best friend that I can talk to about anything! We're like sisters.:) Love ya Kenna!
